David is a serial entrepreneur. David co-founded the Amberside group of companies: Amberside Advisors Ltd is a 30 people strong accounting practice which delivers financial modelling and debt-raising services for infrastructure and renewable energy projects; Amberside Energy Ltd is an energy consultancy, asset manager and developer; and Amberside Capital, a fund management company investing retail and institutional funds in debt and equity products.

Victor Hill

Victor is a financial economist, consultant, trainer and writer, with extensive experience in commercial and investment banking and fund management.

Keith Allaun of PowerHouse Energy

Keith Allaun has a background in alternative energy, venture capital and management consulting. Mr Allaun has worked with leading companies in emerging technologies for over 25 years. Educated at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California, he has an extensive background in management and brings a wealth of results-driven experience to PowerHouse Energy Group. Mr Allaun has helped build or revitalise dozens of companies and organisations throughout his career, including PowerHouse Energy, Apple, Yahoo, Amazon and Hewlett-Packard.

Yatish Chouhan (co-founder) of Prem Biomass

Yatish is an independent private investor with over 20 years of experience in building strategic relationships in trade and investments.

Among the investments, he was a principal in Darworks Records in the UK headquartered in Norway, National Pharmaceutical Industries in Oman, and currently holds a position as Executive Director in the operating company for the oil refinery project partnered with the Government of Guinea in West Africa.
